Version Details

Here's what we've been up to recently. We'll let you know what new featues we've added or if there were any issues fixed.

v 1.42 - April 25, 2009

• On the "Calculations", "Payment Details", and "Am Schedule" screens, the program now remembers your column size preferences between sessions. That means, if you resize a column by dragging in the column header, the size change will be remembered when you next open the program.

v 1.42 - April 15, 2009

• On the calculation printout, prevent the scrollbar from appearing when payment type is "bi-weekly accellerated".

v 1.37 - Oct 13, 2008

• On the qualifier screen, changed the input on property taxes from annual to monthly to match the monthly input on the surrounding fields.
• On the qualifier screen, added a mode to calculate the GDS and TDS ratios for a known mortgage amount and income amount.
• On the qualifier screen, indicate when the the values need recalculation by hilighting the result GDS/TDS text to red.

v 1.36 - Oct 7, 2008

• Changed index filter to show entries with followup dates that are past due.

v 1.34 - Sept 24, 2008

• Fixed a bug that effected new account startups.

v 1.33 - Sept 21, 2008

• Added a checkbox under Preferences>Security to turn on and off password protection.
• Added the option to print a custom graphic at the top of the mortgage calculations customer printout. Just drag and drop.
• Added a reminder in the ad area when your trial period is ending. Doesn't nag...just subtle.
• Added a reminder in the ad area a few days before your licence expires. (Easily click it away.)

• Fix bug relating to account expiring.
